The KHM-680 CNC machining center is designed for the fully automated sizing, milling and drilling of doors. It performs four-side sizing of the door leaf to the required dimensions, as well as fine cutting and sawing of the four edges.

The machine is designed for a wide range of door processing operations, including keyhole machining, hinge grooves, end processing, mute grooves, cat's-eye holes, surface carving and other processes. It can also mill the door leaf at the ends and the seam for the subsequent installation of door fittings such as hinges, locks, keyholes and other door hardware.

By combining multiple machining operations in one machine, the KHM-680 helps reduce the operator's labour intensity and improve the safety of equipment operation.

The KHM-680 can be integrated into an automatic production line and is suitable for large door manufacturing enterprises and serial door production.

Design advantages

Cutting unit
The 90-degree rotating saw unit has its own motors for the main (power 5.5 kW, disc size 350x30 mm) and the scoring (power 1.5 kW, disc size 120x22 mm) saws. The saw unit sizing the door leaf from four sides. The unit also has an outlet for aspiration.
