The KHM-660B CNC machining center is heavy-duty door leaf processing equipment designed for milling and drilling operations required for the installation of door fittings. It is used for processing lock holes, lock slots and hinge slots, as well as milling the door panel at the ends and face.

The machine is designed for processing door panels in through mode and can perform machining for the subsequent installation of hinges, locks, keyholes and other door fittings.

The independent spindles and CNC system allow the operator to select and process grooves for different lock components, including the cylinder, lock handle and lock pad, as well as hinge grooves, with high accuracy.

The KHM-660B can quickly and accurately drill holes sequentially on all planes of the workpiece according to a given program in a fully automatic mode.

By combining multiple machining operations in one machine, the KHM-660B helps reduce the labour intensity of operators and improve equipment operation safety.

The machine is used in the door, furniture and joinery industries, particularly for serial production of doors and other prefabricated structures. It can also be integrated into an automatic production line.
