Drilling Center KD-612NCHSD is an extremely productive through-feed machine designed for drilling, milling, and sawing. It features three independent drilling units that allow simultaneous machining of two workpieces, ensuring high productivity. Two drilling heads are positioned on the top and one on the bottom. The advantage of this machine is side drilling using two upper aggregates. The bottom drilling aggregate is compactly designed to take up minimal space, meaning the worktable opening is smaller and the workpiece gains more support during drilling, resulting in greater stability and machining precision.
The machine features a built-in grooving saw Ø120 mm designed for creating grooves for cabinet back panels.

Layout of drill set unit
Upper:26(V) + 16(H ), Lower:9(V). the upper and lower drill packages are processed in linkage, covering a wide area, optimizing the drilling and improving efficiency.

Layout of spindle
Upper part: 6kW high-power side milling motor, which has stronger power and higher efficiency for side grooving; the aggregate is assembled independently, which is convenient for tool installation, care and maintenance, and can be equipped with one-way aggregate or four-way aggregate; Lower part: Double bottom spindle 3.5KW*2, which can be installed with grooving tools and straighter tools, satisfies higher equipment on grooving accuracy.
