and uneven surfaces to deliver smooth edges for tight
tape bonding.

Heating Lamp Unit
Pre-heat the panel edge to enhance tape bonding.

Upper melting unit
Adopting an upper glue pot for fast melting, it features
rapid glue output and quick ‑ change glue pot. It
realizes fast pre‑ melting of glue granules. Precision
components detect the glue level to pre‑ melt granules
in advance and ensure sufficient glue supply for the glue
pot (5 kg glue granule storage capacity). Meanwhile, it
is equipped with an automatic glue‑ granule feeding
system to reduce manual refilling frequency.pellets (5
kg storage capacity) for continuous glue supply.

Auto-positioning pressing unit
Automatically adjust the pressing position based on
tape thickness, reducing impact on the panel while
ensuring effective pressin

End cutting unit
Two cutters slide along a precision linear guide rail to
cut the tape at the front and rear ends of the panel, and
an auto lubrication system ensures smooth operation
and a longer service life of the unit.

Auto-positioning trimming unit
Equipped with an R1.5 cutter, a motor for intelligent
horizontal and vertical positioning of the cutter based
on tape thickness, and a disc-type hinge hole avoidance
device for smooth processing of panels with hinge
holes.

Servo corner rounding unit
It can process tape of different thicknesses, with easy
operation and stable performance.

Auto-positioning scraping unit
Dual ‑ blade arc design enables pneumatic blade
switching. Fitted with positioning motor, it intelligently
shifts blade position based on edge‑ band thickness for
accurate multi‑ profile chamfer scraping.

Flat Scraping Unit
Removes residual glue line for a better edging results.

Buffing unit
Remove burrs from the edge of the edge‑ banding
tape and residual adhesive between the tape and the
wood panel, delivering cleaner and smoother finished
edges on panels.

Release agent & cleaning units
Demolding Unit: Isolates glue on top and bottom
surfaces of wood panels.
Cleaning Unit: Removes residual glue to keep panel
surfaces clean

4-channel tape feeder (Optional)
It can quickly switch between multiple tape colors.
Servo-controlled tape feeding minimizes tape
waste to lower production cost. And it can
automatically trigger an alarm when tape runs out
